Controller Icon stuck

When i’m playing “Face of the Franchise” and make my character, pick the team I want, And all of my gear, do the side activities, and then I go to play “preseason game” and when I go to start the game, the controller gets stuck in the middle of the screen and I cant play as my team I selected, it says to “select a team” but I cant even select a team!
