You guys are running a 35% off promotion but apparently neglected to adjust the price on Steam as the link to Steam from your buy page doesn't actually include a 35% off price. I got a response from Steam support and they informed me that they do not set the pricing, you guys do, so apparently you forgot to adjust the pricing there.
It says "Get up to 35% off Madden 24" up top
Yes, as the other user stated, I was informed through an email but it's also a big red/pink band at the top of the buy page: https://www.ea.com/games/madden-nfl/madden-nfl-24/buy
When you click on the Steam link on that page and then the Buy Standard Edition, when it sends you to Steam there is no 35% off.
The advertisement says: Up to 35% off, but I only see these deals for Xbox and PlayStation. Therefore, I think that there is currently no discount for the PC version.

I wanted to update I've passed this on to the team, but I do believe the sale is on Console only. If the price on the store page or when checking out does not show 35% off then it will not be available on the platform you are using.
