Desync

Hello,

I just bought Madden 24 yesterday on my ps5 and unfortunately I have not been able to play a single online game. Every time I load in as soon as I touch the ball or my opponent touches the ball I get a desync. My friends also got the game yesterday and I am the only one this is happening to. I have tried deleting the game and redownloading, rebuilding my data base, checking my connection and still nothing has worked. The desync happens every single game no matter what. I need help figuring this out.
