    Hey  

     

    Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing items or rewards here in the Answers HQ community. 

     

    You will want to contact our support to take a further look.  

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden NFL 24
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

@redman1313 Me either. The "welcome pack" and "upgrade token" pack never actually arrived, despite showing as awarded from solos. This game is absolutely ridiculous. Every promo starts the same way. Content late. Packs never arrive, etc. Why do we tolerate this?
