DirectX error for Madden 24 on PC and crash

- Download and install all available Windows Updates

Same response from EA on every post. Every other game I own runs fine. Madden is a pile of * that won't run. You guys need to do better than this. I haven't been able to play the game in weeks and I have the latest drivers installed, I have reinstalled the game twice.
on windows 11 - 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K 3.40 GHz - 32gb RAM DDR4 - 1TB Samsung 990 pcie ssd -GTX 4080Every time I go to Madden 24 I get this Error message when I pull it up, I have all the needed requirements for the game and have double checked everything on it to make sure it runs. EA replied to the other guy that had this problem and said "click manage on the game in the EA store" So that's what I did and all that came up was the "purchase a different edition" thing. Please fix this problem EA.
