DirectX error for Madden 24 on PC and crash

- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Download and install all available Windows Updates

Same response from EA on every post. Every other game I own runs fine. Madden is a pile of * that won't run. You guys need to do better than this. I haven't been able to play the game in weeks and I have the latest drivers installed, I have reinstalled the game twice.
