DirectX error for Madden 24 on PC and crash

- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Download and install all available Windows Updates

Every time I go to Madden 24 I get this Error message when I pull it up, I have all the needed requirements for the game and have double checked everything on it to make sure it runs. EA replied to the other guy that had this problem and said "click manage on the game in the EA store" So that's what I did and all that came up was the "purchase a different edition" thing. Please fix this problem EA.
