Disconnecting from ea servers mid game resulting in loss constantly

Since the game's release, I have been experiencing an issue in which playing offline game modes I continuously disconnect from ea servers resulting in a loss. I have followed multiple guides available within the forums and nothing has worked, I know it's a Madden issue as this happens with no other EA game, or any other PS5 game. I am getting fed up with maybe completing 1 game out of 4 in solo battles (if I'm lucky) because the other 3 are DNF losses. Help, please?

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

The issue being @EA_Aljo we've all done that MULTIPLE times. Disconnect this and that.. the real problem is it doesn't happen with any other game... madden needs to figure out a way that if your losing by enough and you disconnect you lose... if it's close it's zeroed out and if your winning you win unless it's you who turned it off. We as they all stated it's a MADDEN AND EA issue.. I'm wired and I have the issue. It has nothing to do with my router or modem because I can shut off madden and get in call of duty and play all night and not disconnect once.. fact of the matter being taking a loss because of it esp on this new ranking system on madden 25 is absolutely rediculous when all you have said in all your replies is to disconnect and power down our routers. You can't tell that's your only solution

I play on pc wired and it happens everytime on the third game i play in the fourth quarter. did this with madden 23 as well.

Couple of times even when I play squad battles I have disconnected from ea servers? Why? All lights blue on my modem and it works. And why I need good connection while I play squad battles. İt is not online play or live. I play against other players' AI teams. Lost dozens of match because this stupid issue. Lost points because the match counts 0-3 loss :(.Because this issue next year I will not buy the FC and any of ea games.Enough of this problem.
