Disk does not have super star mode
We purchased Madden 24 for our son's 10th birthday. He downloaded the game to his Xbox One. He is able to play the game but does not have access to "superstar mode." Each time he starts the game, it says, "Continue trial or buy the actual game." Keep in mind that we bought the actual game from our local Walmart. Please advise on what we need to do to correct this.

It sounds like there are two separate things happening.
Regarding Superstar mode, I'm afraid that game mode is only available on the Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, or PC version of Madden NFL 24. If your son is playing the Xbox One version of the game, he would instead see the Face of the Franchise game mode.

How Madden NFL 24 Superstar mode worksThe other message you mentioned might be related to either Xbox Game Pass or EA Play. If you're a member of either of those services, you would have access to the full game for Madden NFL 24 as part of your membership. When you start the game you'll see that message saying that you're on the trial, but it should actually be the full game. If you select "continue trial," it should allow you to continue playing the full game.
