Dual entitlement madden 24 xbox

Hello, as many other did. I preorder madden deluxe edition on series s/x.

it installed both versions and all my preorder content loaded on the Xbox one version.

I’ve been stuck playing that version and my progress for whatever reason isn’t linking over on the series s/x version.

on the series s/x version it’s almost like a separate team, I’ve never experienced this before but I need my stuff linked to the series s/x version.

I ordered this from my series s, logically you’d think everything would work correctly on the latest version and I didn’t even go out of my way and ask for the old version.

I need what’s on the Xbox one version copied please.
