Reboot the console and retry.

If the game is still not there, check to make sure 100% that you are using the same account as on the PS5.

Thank you for responding. By 'rebooting' do you mean restarting (not wiping) the PS4? I tried that multiple times. I am certain the account is the same as well as I have only one Playstation and EASports account.
I reached out to playstation help already and they said to contact EA Sports as this is their product that states dual entitlement.
