I have the same problem.. I first encountered this back in 2022 when i was about to log on and plauy some BfV with my friends. There i was greeted with a QR code and the message "Please reset your password" and a 4. step process of how to do so. This did not work..
I then logged onto my account to check that i was linked to my PSN account (it wasn't, which is weird because it was supposed to be). From there i tried to link it again and was met with this message:
Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account [my account name] already linked to your EA Account for ad*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime.
Now I don't know what to do and every google search leads me to yet another forum where people are struggling with the same issue.
There is no help from EA support, no phone number to call, no email address to contact.. nothing and I'm getting very frustrated at this point.
It's now 2025 (3 years after i first encountered the problem) and there hasn't been any progress on this matter for me personally, nor (as it seems) for anyone else..
