ea account on my ps5 is telling me to update my password
just a got a PS5, trying log in to my EA account to play madden 24 and it's asking to update my password which I did, but it seems since it's an old account that it's not allowing to link the EA account to my PSN account. How can I get this resolved.

It sounds like your EA Account might already have a PSN account linked with it. It's only possible to have one PSN account linked to your EA Account at a time, so if it's connected to an older account you're no longer using you might need to have it disconnected.When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
