Ea.com/Unable to connect on xbox

Question

I know there have been multiple posts about this with no solution but I fear this is a unique situation.

I get the classic unable to connect to Xbox servers at the main menu when i first sign into Ea to get into Ultimate Team.

I have no issue with NCAA 25 or other EA games only Madden titles. Madden 24 and Madden 23 I am not banned. I have restarted my router and turned off the two-factor auth which some people suggested. I have restarted my Xbox and uninstalled/installed the game 100 times. Changed the DNS servers to the recommended.

I bought the deluxe version of the NCAA25/Madden25 game which was obviously 150 bucks. I fear that i will have this same issue when Madden 25 drops in a week or so. can someone please help me.

Bump- it seems to be only madden games other ea games are fine

I played madden 24 on PC last year and I was able to log into that account no problem. But any madden game on my Xbox I have no luck.&nbsp;

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

Which platform are you on?
Are you getting an error message?
Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a&nbsp;DxDiag&nbsp;file and an EA app Error ID Number
