EA PLAY TRIAL ERROR

I own the game, but I every time I try to login, I get this EA Play message. Don't really understand why.

    Found a bypass, press LT and login to another profile, then log back in to your main account. Should be a temporary fix.

    I tried that and it let me in to the game but my MUT progress was gone
