EA servers constantly failing!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. Pay $60/$70 for a game that YOUR servers only allow to properly work maybe 25% of the time. And before you attempt to blame my internet the connection is at full stre...

Reset the entire internet for the house, shut down the system for a good half hour and restarted. Uninstaller and reinstalled the game. It still happens at all sorts of random times. It's 100% an issue with the EA servers.

Community ManagerWe're not getting a lot of reports of this so we're not aware of any connection issues currently. Something else to try is clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Also, check to see if your router supports QoS (Quality of Service). If it does, enable this and prioritize your console.
You should also verify that your ethernet cables are at least Cat 6 and are free of any damage.
Sorry mate but EA help have advised me they are getting reports of this issue from all over the globe and the team are currently working on a fix.

Good thing is that this has been brought into the notice of our game team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible.
I would suggest you to keep playing and you would surely receive the rewards as soon as the issue is resolved.
Some Players have shared that they have been able to bypass this issue by creating a brand new lineup in Ultimate Team.
