Sorry mate but EA help have advised me they are getting reports of this issue from all over the globe and the team are currently working on a fix.

Any word if there is a know server issue for PS5 or not?
Mods here say no issue and EA help say there is know issue they trying to fix.

Yeah guess that’s all I can do after paying EA to take a dump in my PS5.
Madden 24 on ps5 keep getting "ea servers down" message. I'm playing on a wired connection with consistent 850mb+ download and 50mb+ upload speeds. My connection is not the issue.
I've tried power cycling my console and modem/routers.
What can I do to troubleshoot. Please help as this is extremely frustrating

I don't have any suggestions other than connection troubleshooting, but you say it's not your connection. Let me know if you change your mind and want to go through those steps.
