EA wont issue refund

That kind of attitude will get you precisely nowhere.
You can contact our Advisors again stating that you requested a refund at an earlier time.
Keep in mind that you may not be eligible for a refund if certain criteria were not met when you first requested the refund.
You can make a refund request:
- within 24 hours after you first launch the game
- within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game
- within 14 days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game and haven't launched it yet.
