Summarize your bug On the 1st day of early access I bought $50 worth of madden points, which went through successfully, and bought the weekly pro platinum pack. The 1st pack opened like normal, but when i bought the 2nd pack the game immediately crashed. I didn't see the pack animation, just instant crash. When I restarted the game and went back to MUT, I didn't see the unopened pack notification, but the cards from the pack were in my binder. When I went to open the last step of the weekly pro platinum pack, I got the error "unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending". This error is preventing me from buying anything in the store, including with coins. But I can buy off the auction house with coins, this is only affecting the store. Effectively, I cant use any of my madden points or buy the daily gold player. I believe this is a server error as transactions take place on EA servers and not locally. When my game crashed it caused the transaction to not go through, no pack animation or unopened pack, and now it is stuck in pending. I would greatly appreciate if someone can force this transaction through so it is no longer pending and I can utilize the store again. Thank you.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a pack from the store and have the game crash when the transaction is processing.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can no longer purchase anything, including coin packs, from the store.
What do you expect to see? Being able to buy from the store.

These are the steps I have tried to fix the issue:
1. Open a Case with EA Support.
2. Message EAHelp and MaddenNFLDirect on Twitter.
3. Followed all troubleshooting steps I could find on old answers.ea forum posts that related to my issue.
4. Completely re-installed Madden 24.
5. Repaired Madden 24 through EA Launcher.
6. App Recovery through EA launcher.
