Error - Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending

So, I purchased point in Madden 24 and when I went to buy packs, on the 2nd pack the game froze and quit. When i loaded it back up im now no longer able to purchase any packs with any form of in-game...

    Hey everyone, 

    Thanks again for all the info you've shared with us about this so far. We appreciate your patience while we've been looking into this. 

    When you have the chance, can you check and see if you're now able to make any purchases in MUT? This issue should now be fixed. 

    If you're still running into the same error as before please let me know.

Hey everyone, 

If you're still running into this same error would you mind sharing a bit more info with us here? 

  • Which platform are you playing on? 
  • What is your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account ID? 
  • When did you first start running into this error? 
  • Do you recall doing anything in particular before it started happening, like adding points to your account, buying a specific pack/item, completing a set, etc?

Are we going to receive an update for this issue? It has been a couple of weeks for me and even longer for others and still no update. I would imagine a bug that prohibits yours guys costumers from buying packs. Would have been fixed in an instant. Especially in a PACK AND PLAY GAME MODE!!! Completely unacceptable.

    I’m having the same issue please help I have opened cases nothing fixed , unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry. For days now
