Error - Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending
So, I purchased point in Madden 24 and when I went to buy packs, on the 2nd pack the game froze and quit. When i loaded it back up im now no longer able to purchase any packs with any form of in-game currency. I get the error message "unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending". Im hoping you can push this purchase through so its no longer pending.
@EA_Kent Ive seen you on other forum points of people having this issue. Can you please help me? What I think needs to happen, is for support to look at my account purchases in-game and to push through whatever is pending. From googling I see a lot of cases with my same problem across numerous games. And it always seems its because the game crashed as they were purchasing something. If my account for madden can be refreshed or something along those lines, I think my problem would be fixed.

When you have the chance, can you check and see if you're now able to make any purchases in MUT? This issue should now be fixed.
