I just bought 2800 points thru Microsoft and they showed up in my Madden account. I used those points to purchase the Team Draft Starter Pack. The game said Error the servers could not process your request at this time, try again soon BUT IT TOOK MY POINTS. I restarted the game, thinking it was a glitch but nope it really took my $25 worth of points and gave me nothing.

@EA_Pulsar I've tried that, it didn't work. I've also tried using EA Help but all that does is direct me to an article (which doesn't solve the problem) and not someone who can help fix this issue.
@EA_Pulsar my Xbox gamertag is MizzityMizzurk and I play on the Series X. Is there any way I can get some resolution here or am I screwed? Makes me never want to make another purchase again if there's a chance that my money will be stolen.
