Error receiving currency’s balance

I bought some madden cash to open the Genki Opportunity LTD but when I try to open the pack it gives me a error message saying that it cannot process my request. Then I get sent back to the main menu and I'm greeted with the message that there was a error retrieving my currency balances. What's going on? Is there a fix to this?
Ian literally going through this right now. I deleted and am currently re-installing my game. I’ll let you know if that works.
