Error receiving currency’s balance

I had just finished completing a solo battle where I was trying to complete season pass and genki force challenges but as soon as I exited the game it gave me a error and I wasn’t rewarded with the stats from the game even though I exited the game when it finished and now it doesn’t allow me to play any game mode it just gives me the servers can’t process your request and there was a error retrieving your currency balance. Anyone know how to fix this?
I played the weekly solo battle boost game, got no credit for it and can't access solo battles since. here we go again
