Face of franchise madden 24 crashing

My face of franchise keeps crashing. Every time I click on it to start up, it begins loading, shows the Home Screen, then goes completely black on my tv screen. All music is cut off, and nothing show...

That method didn't work it didn't fix the black screen problem on face of the franchise on ps4 in powered off the game put into safe mode than chose option 5 and still nothing I wasted 45 minutes of time it won't even let me erase it and start off I even uninstalled the game and installed it back Ive tried clearing the saved data I don't know what to do answer suggestions please.
