Face of the franchise frozen (old gen)

Question

With madden when you go afk, they will kick you out of franchise mode. So when you’re done with your first season and it’s time for the off-season, when you’re in the menu to sign with a list of teams and you go afk, when you go back to face of the franchise mode it puts you in an infinite black screen with nothing you could do to get out of it.

Which modes does this happen in?
Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
Does this happen to any other account on the device?
What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)

@EA_Illium Can you fix the face of franchise bug, was CB with overall 84 then it switched to a QB overall 73 with all abilities lost.. same bug as last year!
