Failed to start game message.

I have not been able to play H2H for 2 days now. It keeps “Searching for Opponent” for 10 seconds then “FAILED TO START GAME!” “Unexpected error occurred while starting your game.” So I exit out of that and try it again and then it keeps in “Searching for Opponent” for as long as I let it. I can not exit this screen so I have to quit the game to try again. @EA this is becoming false advertisement and not what I payed for. Please tell me a fix so I did not just waste $70 on a game to play solely offline.
