Iva had this same issue when i play online franchise mode. I have another person playing the mode with me and we both cannot be in the same franchise together or it will kick one of us out. extremely frustrating!!!

Everytime I load into my franchise it says I've lost connection to ea servers, I have zero issues connecting to server nor with my internet but I cannot load franchise without crashing, anytime i do load it crashes whenever i try to upgrade players or advance week. I'll never pre-order again.

Yea I started having that same issue in week 5 of regular season boots me out after every game now in week 9 I can’t continue. Not very happy about the fact franchise mode has been broken the last few years. EA is really starting to lose my faith about putting out games who ever tests these games should be let go and actually bring in people who play the game to test it.

I have been also experiencing this issue and have since contacted ea support who said developers are working on this issue. I am just frustrated why i would spend extra money to get early access when i cant even play the game modes i want to play. how can they incentivize early access and make that a selling point when game modes dont even work.

MADDEN 24 FRANCHISE MODE EVERY TIME I GO TO A NEW WEEK IT IS SAYING CONNECTION ERROR UNABLE TO CONNECT TO EA SERVER. THIS IS TERRIBLE

Exact same issues as everyone else with online franchise. Get booted with EA connection error every time I try to advance a week or do anything else post-Week 11. Please fix this BS EA, people tire of this and just want to play.

Franchise is unusable. I lose connection to server constantly. I am on PS5 tried both wired and wireless, same issue.
Please fix this EA.

I cannot even get into my Franchise ever since yesterday morning. Every time I boot it up I get two different instances of a connection error screen, then booted back to the main menu. This is absolutely pathetic. It is unbelievable that this game has been released in this state. I am sick that I paid for this. Many people are having this issue and EA won't even acknowledge it. I'm playing through the EA app on PC, and the one facet of this garbage series that I'm interested in engaging with is blocked to me while EA mentions literally nothing about it, how to fix it, if they even know it's happening. I would love to get some help with this because right now the experience on this game is extremely terrible.

@Solxr007 It's a joke that EA won't comment on this issue here or anywhere else. What's the point of even buying the game? I know some people like to light their money on fire and play MUT, but if you actually like football and wanna play Franchise, you just can't right now. It's a joke.

This is my second time posting about this issue. The first time, my issue was closed with no response, and no solution.
I was playing Franchise mode on Madden 24, and had simmed the last 2 weeks of my franchise. After it finished simming, it disconnected me from the server and said that there was an issue. Every time I have tried to go back to this franchise save file, it does the same exact thing: it disconnects me, then when I reconnect and try to load it back, it repeats the disconnection cycle. This happened several days ago, and still has not been fixed, nor has anyone reached out about the issue. My save file is currently unplayable. Please don't close this without a response/solution this time. Thanks
