Franchise Mode Depth Chart Bug

Question

I’m having a bug issue.&nbsp;I’m having difficulties with Franchise Mode in regard to my depth chart. The game won’t let me choose my starting lineup for my defensive line and linebacker core. The game is putting my second-string nose at starter, my starting nose at defensive end, my defensive end at outside linebacker, and another outside linebacker who is a backup is starting. It won’t let me adjust their role on the depth chart, even with progressive fatigue turned off. Is there a way to remedy this? I have been playing Madden for about 22 years now and have never come across this issue before and frankly, I only buy the game for Franchise Mode. If this problem can’t be fixed I honestly have no urge to play the game and it would be a waste of money. Your help would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you.

I’m having the same issue, but mine started right after the last update. I deleted my old franchise season and created a new one and still had the same issue. I turned the maximum number of the same defense plays off and still have the same issue.

like you, I have been playing Madden for awhile now, however, l don’t play on line and not all the time, but I do like to get a game in after work just to chill down for a few, but this bug or glitch has me wanting to go back to 23, which I tested and do not have this issue.

so if anyone provides you with a solution l very much appreciate if you can share it with me!

Has EA said anything about this I'm so tired of this bug. I play a 3-4 and it ruins my whole ability to build my team and enjoy the game! Please can we get and answer and fix ! Any help is welcome

Same issue. Seems to only change starters on defense in my 3-4. Puts my RE at Rolb. &nbsp;Shifts my DT etc. &nbsp;kitlling me. &nbsp;My ROLB is a beast. And can’t play. Got 62 sacks last season. Now he can’t play unless I line up in nickel (sub package as RRE) or Dime. &nbsp;

I think my issue is similarI had Tyreek Hill get injured in my first year of franchise mode. Once he was no longer injured he moved back up to the top of my depth chart but I can’t get him back in my number one receiver spot on any of the plays I run while playing the game. He stays in the slot and only comes onto the field when I have 3 or more receivers on the field. Does anyone know a way to get Tyreek back into his number one receiver position on the field. Changing his position on the depth chart doesn’t seem to do anything. Thanks for you help. Also I’m playing offline user controlled franchise. Progressive fatigue and reorder depth chart are both off.
