Getting ghosted on my ticket and can't talk to anyone from EA.

I've had an issue all day where I can't even play the game that I purchased. Support said there was a 7 minute wait for my ticket to be answered. It's been over an hour. I can't get in touch with anyone from EA, here on the answers HQ OR via my ticket. I've already reported to the better business bureau for stealing my money but I am just at a loss at what to do.
