Getting ghosted on my ticket and can't talk to anyone from EA.

I've had an issue all day where I can't even play the game that I purchased. Support said there was a 7 minute wait for my ticket to be answered. It's been over an hour. I can't get in touch with any...

I have an issue where my game won't launch on Steam due to an error with the awful EA app. I have asked on numerous help forums. I have made a ticket which was supposed to be responded to within 7 minutes and has been ignored for over an hour. What am I supposed to do? Everyone from EA is just outright ignoring me when the game that I paid good money for just flat out doesn't work. 

What do I have to do to get, like, a basic level of help around here?
