Getting ghosted on my ticket and can't talk to anyone from EA.

I've had an issue all day where I can't even play the game that I purchased. Support said there was a 7 minute wait for my ticket to be answered. It's been over an hour. I can't get in touch with any...

My game will not launch due to an error with the EA app. I have been all across the different answers boards, made a ticket which has been ignored, etc. and I can't talk to anyone. This is actually getting insane. I paid money for this game just for it not to work and have no support from EA whatsoever. How is this even legal? Selling somebody a defective product and then not helping them fix it is stealing.

@SteveGoofy People should start boycotting this game. Make there pockets really hurt.
