Have anyone got randomly banned for not cheating ?

I notice a lot of people getting banned for no reason ........ and I read a lot of yall posts.... yall cant log back in because ea banned your account.... I was banned randomly while grinding solo battles while watching mcs for my token ... is this a PC ISSUE? WHAT CONSOLE YALL GET BANNED ON .. IM TRY TO MAKE AS MUCH CONTENT TO HELP GET THIS ISSUE FIX

I understand that you've had some concerns about account bans, and I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we can't help with this issue on Answers HQ. However, I suggest getting in touch with the Terms of Service Team to request a review of your account. They'll be able to look into the ban and see if there's anything that can be done. the EA help website doesnt really help. you click on dispute and it takes you to a page that takes you back to where you dispute. all i'm able to do is send an email and wait. where's the help in that

I'm banned on ps5 for no reason, this is the second time I've had an issue. The first issue was I couldn't play head to head it took them 3 days to fix it, now this.. wtf

They are going to up hold I just had the same issue 2 days ago it’s bs and we don’t have a number to reach a real person. I’ve spent over 400 already in app and don’t know how to get that back. I tried the chat and it just tells me all agents are busy try later.

Also you will hate the email process because they will respond and tell you not to respond back to their email. It’s ridiculous
