Help. Game keeps freezing. PS5.

I have the PS5 version. I have cleared the cashe, unplugged the console, uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game about 20 times. 

My issue is that everytime I try to play the game from the lobby, when I click on Uniform choice it freezes. If I bypass the uniform choice and just try to play the game it freezes. Then i get an error message and I am asked for an error report. 

Help me or refund my money please.

    Hi @cover2killer Can we try the following steps?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    I downloaded Madden 24 on ps4. Mine freezes up every time I try to back out of a screen. It's getting old quick. Pay $70 for a game I can't play. I've tried all the various ways to fix it.

    @lstrick13Mines does the exact same thing and it is extremely annoying as I cannot update my team or back out or do anything without it freezing

    At this point I just want to be reimbursed. I will buy the actual disc

    I have tried all of that it freezes in game I have lost so many games and solo battles because of this

    I have the disc. I was able to play complete games for 5 days. It freezes everytime at various stages, but always freezes before the game even starts.

    This game is absolute garbage
