How do I stop desyncing

I've honestly been so frustrated with this whole experience playing this game. Every time I load into Head 2 Head, after a certain amount of time, right after I snap the ball, it lags for a second and then it gives me the message of a "Desync". I tried all these fixes that the live support has recommended me, such as uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics driver, created a new profile for madden on NVIDIA control panel, turned off overclocking, etc. IT STILL DESYNCS ME! I know for a fact that my PC can run this game. Maybe it is a connectivity issue but I don't know, I am on a wired connection. So please, if you have any solutions please help me, or the EA staff finds a fix for this issue. I know many people are having the same issue as well.
