How to fix when madden says we cannot process your request try

How to fix we cannot process your request at this time. Try again later. This has been going on for days now and I have deleted the game and restart network and nothing will work. Also trying to star...

Yes very frustrating I tried to contact ea and it won’t let me choose if I am on ps4 or Xbox so I cannot get on a call with them

@zanderzoo02 I’ve got in contact with them and nothing they got me to try works and just said the team is aware and await a fix but it’s been days

    How did you get in contact when it says to get little info it won’t let me choose ps4 or Xbox

      @zanderzoo02 i was on a laptop I just chose madden 24 then it let me choose my console
