How to import Mut to x/s version from last gen version on same console

the game auto downloaded the XBOX 1 game on my xbox series s I hope it transfers

I’m missing my entire team that I have on old gen and all the coins and points and packs I have bought all of it are on next gen I have emailed EA 6 times about this and haven’t gotten this resolved yet don’t know how it’s so hard to get my team and coins and points transferred to next generation 

I pre ordered Madden 24 and started playing MUT. Grinder for a couple days and built my team up to an 80 overall and noticed my game looked different from what I see online. My Xbox series S downloaded the Xbox one game. So I downloaded the series X/S version and all my ultimate team stuff was gone. I pre ordered the deluxe version. 

So I accidentally opened the Xbox One version of Madden instead of the Xbox series. X/S after pre-ordering the deluxe version of the game and started my Ultimate team and have made significant progress and also used all my pre-order points,etc.. when I finally realized it I opened the X/S version and my ultimate team was back at the beginning. Is there a way to import my ultimate team into the new version of the game? I've put hours into the ultimate team and I can't start over. Any help is much appreciated.

We have a xbox series x and a xbox one. Last year my son's mut transfered between the consoles but this year it isnt.  Is that something that changed this year or is there a way to sync them up?

I got charged for madden twice and I been playing this whole time on the Xbox one version so when I clicked the Xbox series x version it just started my progress all over so I exited and went to the Xbox one version and I have all my stuff but it’s the same account so I want to transfer my stuff from the Xbox one to the series x 

I am having the same problem everyone else is having. I preordered the deluxe edition on my Xbox series X. It downloaded two versions. Once the first one was done downloading I opened it up and opened MUT. I had no clue that it was the old gen version because the logos and names are exactly the same on Xbox. So now I’m stuck with my points and items on the old gen version instead of the new gen. I think it’s crazy that this hasn’t been fixed yet and it seems the you guys keep only posting updates on fixes for PS5 and PC but not Xbox why is that.

I pre-ordered Madden 24 for PS4/PS5 and my PS4 Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) content will not transfer to PS5. I have made many in-app purchases and would like help with the transfer or a full refund for the MUT purchases. Thanks! 

My PS4 MUT content won't transfer to PS5. Please fix this issue as many members in the Madden community were blindsided with this update. This transfer worked in the past and we have spent a lot of money on EA in-app purchases that are no longer good on PS5. Unbelievable. 

I have many posts asking for help regarding the problem for next fen x box users who opened up the old gen version because the game wasnt labeled correctly. EA tweeted out a while back that we would receive preorder content on both versions of the game.

I habe yet to receive my pre order content on my x box series x version of the game. 

Is there something Im supposed to do? At this point the game has progressed and the preorder content except for the 4600 points is useless. 

Can someone please help me?
