How to import Mut to x/s version from last gen version on same console

I realized today when trying to do cross play that since launch I’ve been playing Xbox One version on my Xbox X. I installed Xbox X version but my MUT progress is not there it’s only in the other version. Any tips on how to get it all to sync or am I stuck playing on the old gen version all year? I’m already level 23 there with 50/50 Bengals teams so not trying to start over.
