HTTP 404 issue

Thanks for responding. I need specific steps for when it happens. If you have a video, that would help.

Also, which model of Xbox are you using?

I experience it at all times. Here’s what I all tried without success:

-Tried unlinking and relinking my account and that didn’t work. 

-Tried your suggested steps above with the alternating mac address and clearing my local saved games but that didn’t work either.

—Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that didn’t work.

-tried it on a hotspot from my phone to identify whether or not it’s my network. The issue still occurred after. So as a network technician myself, I can pretty much guarantee this issue is on your guy’s side.

Didn’t work. This seriously needs to be fixed. I unlinked my Xbox account then signed in and it worked. But then the next time it didn’t and now I can’t do that method again for another month. 

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

1. Go to your Xbox Settings
2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

You can also try clearing the local saved games with these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage
3. On the Manage Storage devices screen, select Clear local saved games

I’ve done this twice and I still have this issue. I straight up didn’t use my Xbox for a month and it still has this problem. It’s been a month and a half since I’ve been able to play Madden

Hi there. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
