I just got a new gaming PC and yes its windows 11 and the secure boot is on

I just got a brand new gaming PC and I downloaded madden 24 and it crashes right after I double clicked the game and it gave me this error and yes secure boot is on I need some help please thanks

So I just got done with EA support chat and now they closed my case? it says there is no fix for this?
