I keep getting this message and can’t get any help. Madden 24 Xbox Series S

Support is no help. I have restarted the Xbox, the router, cleared cache, everything.The link itself is no help. I click the OK button and then the RT button to sign in, which works but then nothing happens because I continue to get this message. I’ve had this problem since December 26th and it hasn’t been fixed. What should I do.
