I keep having to agree to the user agreement when loading the game

Open any other EA games and then see if you can accept it from there and then relaunch Madden NFL 24. 

Try logging in to your EA account via the following link on the EA website: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index

Afterwards, go back to the game and test it again.

I'm able to open any of my other EA Sports titles without being prompted to accept to the User Agreement.  Madden 24 is the only game that constantly does this.  Also, I was able to log into my EA account using the link provided.  Is there anything that I need to do from there?

Can I confirm what platform you are playing on? 

Check if your email is verified on the website and if changing your privacy settings will help resolve this issue in the game. 

I'm on PS5.  My email shows verified on the website.  I've also tried changing my privacy settings.  Apparently this is a known issue.  I've seen many others say they're having this same problem.  Does this issue need to be fixed in a title update?

So I finally figured out what is causing me to have to keep accepting the User Agreement over & over again.  If you change any settings from the main menu screen (homepage), this will cause you to have to accept to the User Agreement all over again the next time you load the game, which also resets all settings back to default.  However, if you change the settings while in game, you do not have to accept the User Agreement the next time you load the game.  Needless to say, this is definitely a bug/glitch that needs to be fixed in a patch.  I did some research & found that this issue was also happening in Fifa 23.
