I think EA lies about case updates

I have case open with EA about a ban and it says it updated today at 3:16pm and as you clearly can see it’s only 10:33 am east coast time which means it’s only 7:33 west coast time. There’s no 

way it updated at 3:16 pm. I feel like I’m just getting the round around around here from you guys!

    Hey @jellis724 

    Please also consider different time zones. The "Updated" on your case status could indicate that you have logged in to check your case. If the case status still says "In progress" it means that the investigation is still ongoing. You will receive an email with all the details when it's completed, and the status will then change to "Resolved".
     The team is working intensively to reply as soon as possible to all players.
