input lag on pc steam

Idk why nobody is talking about this it might just be me but I have INSANE input lag on PC with an xbox controller on madden 24. Im not talking about the menu issues they have already said they were trying to fix. Im talking about 2-4 second delay between any input I do ANYWHERE, wether I'm using a keyboard or my controller. Ive tried unplugging my USB devices, no wheel or HOTAS or anything plugged in, hell I even unplugged my USB headphones, didn't work, tried using steam controller settings enabled and disabled, changing my ingame settings, etc. Nothing works. It was working just fine for over 20 hours of gameplay and then just randomly started acting up like I had something else plugged in that was controlling my game. Ive tried using different controllers too, not the issue. I reinstalled madden 23 (also on steam) and I don't have input lag there so its definitely madden 24. Im at a loss atp, I don't see anyone else with this issue so I hope its not me. (I have also reinstalled m24 multiple times and it did nothing, as well as updated my controller software) HELPPP
