Is there a way to recover a madden franchise I aaccidentally deleted?

I recently was trying to delete a non-important franchise and was apparently hovering over the wrong franchise. I ended up deleting my main franchise which I have put just about every hour of madden since I got it playing. I really don't want to lose all that progress any help is appreciated.
