It is a copy and paste response with no actual solution to your problem. Poor customer support.
You already have players with the name Hooker in the game or eventually drop a MUT card with the name * Butkus. My last name is Zahos, and it gets flagged. Either ban them all or ban none. But it shouldn’t ruin the immersion of the game.
