Summarize your bug My Super Bowl Past Light It Up X-Factor Token has completely disappeared from my inventory.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure if this is repeatable. 1) Have SB Past Card in lineup 2) Upgrade SB Past Card X-Factor 3) Quickly refund the collectible 4) Token disappears from inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? Super Bowl Past Light It Up X-Factor Token disappeared after upgrading a 95 overall Warren Sapp.
What do you expect to see? I should have 1 additional Super Bowl Past Light It Up X-Factor Token in addition to the one I recently purchased via bundle for a total of two. Currently I only have one that is active.

Unsure if this is repeatable.

1) Have SB Past Card in lineup
2) Upgrade SB Past Card X-Factor
3) Quickly refund the collectible
4) Token disappears from inventory.

My card hasn’t disappeared but my players I used the token on are not starting off hot like the token isn’t even working

This has also happened to me and I've contacted support many times. Not even sure how to proceed at this point.

Someone's close or similar to yours except I've completed all of the super bowl present field pass received the last pack upgraded the 95 free player I only have one light it up x Factor token and it shows that I should have two I can only use one I've changed it between multiple players but I can only activate one even though it shows I have two tokens every time I go to click on it it's like yours blank

This happened to me too!  I downgraded my Herb Adderley and the light it up past token just disappeared.  And of course trying to get any help from Ea Sports is impossible.  Ive sent emails and just spent a hour on a chat.  The support rep just ended up telling me he cant locate the token and for me to try again later.   Unreal
