Lot of cards missing skills

My cards have been missing skills since season 4 gave up on getting help with that. Now all the new cards I get are missing skills. My new Vick missing Escape artist-ROH and master Tactcian. My Bo has no angry runs. No linemen I get that has linchpin on MUT database has it when I get the card. I made three cases EA did nufthing at all to help. Just closed all my cases
