Low FPS on PC

This is not an issue with everyone’s PC specs. Everyone in here is having the same issues and their specs are well above the minimum requirements. When is this going to be fixed???

Played about five games in my franchise and while the gameplay is mostly smooth besides the occasional stutters when running the ball up the middle, But after the play its stutter badly. For me its the worst during touchdown celebrations and various other cutscenes. Also the menus/ui feel extremely slow and unresponsive. i've tryed multiple different graphics setting and while it helped a little its still pretty bad.

things ive tried

Reinstall the game

clean reinstall of nvidia drivers

setting my gpu to max performance

lowering settings in game

overclocking

disabled in game overlay

Specs

CPU:R9 5900X

GPU: RTX 3080

SSD

RAM: 32GB DDR4

Fully up to date Windows 11

I truly hope there is a better answer than this I'm thankful you've responded but this doesn't seem to be a problem with our computers its obviously the game. Is there anyway EA can look into it themselves? I've tried almost everything and it's playable but it feels horrible even locked at 60 fps I can play but there's obvious stutters/tearing. Please look into this and if possible update/fix the game. 

Thanks for the reply, I think clearing the cache in the EA App has resolved my stutter.

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Taken off Bitdefender Advanced Protection Scan, no change. Cleared the EA Cache, no change.

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

DXDiag is attached. This is also happening on a laptop with a 4070 as well, I'll try to get a hold of that one today and get the DXDiag off of it.

I'll try Clean Boot in a few minutes 

If there's anything else you can suggest trying Illium, let me know. Happy to help with any diagnostic logs to help get this sorted. 

Clearing the app cache surprisingly made things a little better i think, doesn't lag quite as often right after plays.Cutscenes/transitions though still lag badly.

Hah! Got a solution that works for me at least. 

Drop it out of fullscreen and run windowed mode. Just played through a quick game and everything was smooth.

Try muting the sound before a play, I did it by accident in practice mode and the game played normally.  It isn’t ideal and isn’t a long term solution but it works.
