When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) It happens any time I try to launch the game
Summarize your bug Whenever I would click play, it would load the splash screen correctly, but when it tried to load the main game, it would give me a black screen then eventually crash.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can download Madden Nfl 24 and try to launch it, and it will give you a black screen, like it's doing for me.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen turns black, then the game crashes and sends me back to the EA app
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game work and load correctly.
